By using Dappella you agree to these terms.

The service

Dappella creates AI-generated previews of clothing on a photo of you. Results are illustrations, not a guarantee of how a garment will fit, look or feel in real life. Always check the store's size guide.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in details safe. You must be at least 13 years old to use Dappella.

Photos you upload

Only upload photos of yourself, or of people who have given you permission. Do not upload nudity, images of minors, or content that is illegal, hateful or violates someone else's rights. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

You keep ownership of your photos. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service to you.

Credits and purchases

• Each try-on uses one credit. If a try-on fails, the credit is returned automatically.
• Credit packs and subscriptions are sold through Google Play and the App Store and are subject to their terms.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

Third-party stores

The in-app browser shows third-party stores. We are not responsible for their products, prices or content, and purchases you make there are between you and the store.

Availability

We work hard to keep Dappella running but cannot guarantee it will always be available or error-free.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms; continuing to use the app means you accept the new version. You can stop using Dappella and delete your account at any time.
